What’s the Role: Night Support Worker
What It Takes:
An important part of the staff role is to support our service users who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.
So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.
Our dedicated staff team support our service users to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our service users with day to day life.
Where You Would Work: St Paul’s Court
St Paul’s Court is a state-of-the-art complex which supports individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia. The scheme is committed to helping service users remain active in the community and promoting independence
Working with us, you will be part of our friendly, supportive and experienced team of support workers, team leaders and management.
You will also have the opportunity to develop a range of skills and knowledge in the area of individuals with complex needs.

The role of Support Worker will be covering both day shift and night as St Paul’s Court is open 24 Hours per day and therefore all applicants must be fully flexible to cover any shift required by the business.

Night Support Worker
36 hour contract available
£21,131 per annum
*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on /experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies*
